The Starting Line
Reset your mind. Rebuild your discipline. Upgrade your life.
Before anything changes, something has to break.
Not your body.
Not your bank account.
Not your circumstances.
Your tolerance for staying the same.
Most real transformations begin in the same place:
A quiet frustration with the life you're currently living.
You know you’re capable of more.
You know you’re wasting potential.
You know the person you see in the mirror isn't the person you could become.
That tension—the gap between who you are and who you could be—is where change begins.
This issue is about that gap.
But first, let me introduce myself.
Who I Am
For most of my life, I struggled with my weight.
At one point I weighed over 400 pounds.
I felt stuck in a body I didn’t want, living a life that didn’t reflect the person I believed I could become.
Eventually that frustration turned into something else.
A decision.
In nine months, I lost 110 pounds.
To date, I’ve lost 124 pounds and kept it off.
But the weight loss wasn’t the biggest transformation.
The real change came from learning how to:
• build discipline
• keep promises to myself
• rebuild my identity
• take ownership of my life
Those principles didn't just help me lose weight.
They helped me rebuild my life from the inside out.
